Lytton Blvd is at South West Corner of Lawrence Park South Community. The boundary of Lawrence Park South runs from Avenue Road on the west to Lawrence Avenue on the North, St Ives Ave on the east, and Blythwood Road, Briar Hill Avenue, and Eglinton Avenue on the south. The community encompasses three neighborhoods: Lytton Park, Lawrence Park, and Allenby. About 30% of the residents are tenants living in the area. In past 3 months, 37 Detached homes were sold at average of $3.18M. Also, the west side of Avenue Road is concentrated with a large Jewish population. Furthermore, Eglinton Crosstown LRT has two stations on Eglinton Avenue, curtailing the commute duration to other parts of the city.
